How it works

Six steps to a better inbox

  1. Create your Airfree Mail account

    ≈ 2 minutes

    Sign up at airfreemail.com — free, no credit card required. Choose your new email address or bring your own domain.

  2. Open the migration wizard

    ≈ 1 minute

    In Settings → Import & Migration → Import from Gmail. The wizard walks you through every step.

  3. Authorise Gmail read access

    ≈ 2 minutes

    Grant read-only OAuth access to Gmail. Airfree Mail never sees or stores your Google password.

  4. Choose what to import

    ≈ 1 minute

    Select from: all emails and labels, contacts, calendar events, or all three. Filters let you import from a date range.

  5. Migration runs in the background

    ≈ 10–30 min

    Depending on mailbox size, migration takes 10–30 minutes. You can use Airfree Mail while it runs.

  6. Point your domain MX records (optional)

    ≈ 5 minutes

    To receive new mail at your custom domain, update your MX records. Our DNS guide walks through it for every major registrar.
