This policy is provided for review and must be confirmed by legal counsel before public launch.
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the activities that are prohibited when using the Airfree platform. It protects our customers, our infrastructure, and the integrity of the geospatial data entrusted to us.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") applies to everyone who accesses the Airfree Services and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. You are responsible for the conduct of anyone who uses the Services through your account.
2. Prohibited activities
You must not use the Services to engage in, facilitate, or encourage any of the following.
- Unlawful activity, or infringing the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
- Uploading or distributing malware, ransomware, or other harmful code.
- Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, network, or data, including other tenants on the platform.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Services except under our Vulnerability Disclosure policy.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Services, for example through denial-of-service attacks or by circumventing rate limits, quotas, or usage controls.
- Harvesting or scraping data, or using automated means to access the Services, except through documented APIs and within their limits.
- Transmitting unsolicited bulk or commercial messages ("spam") via any Airfree communications Service.
- Uploading unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or grossly offensive content, or content that exploits or endangers others.
- Using geospatial or location data to stalk, surveil, or endanger individuals, or in a manner that breaches applicable data-protection law.
3. Fair and secure use
The Services are provided on a shared, multi-tenant infrastructure. You must not consume resources in a way that degrades the experience of other customers, and you must comply with any documented quotas and rate limits.
You are responsible for securing your own credentials, API keys, and integrations, and for promptly rotating any credential you believe may have been exposed.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches of this AUP and cooperate with law-enforcement authorities where appropriate. Depending on the severity, we may warn you, throttle or suspend access, remove offending content, or terminate your account in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Where a breach poses an immediate threat to the security or integrity of the Services or other users, we may act without prior notice.
5. Reporting and contact
To report a suspected breach of this AUP, contact us via /contact. Security vulnerabilities should be reported under our Vulnerability Disclosure policy.
