Frequently asked questions
- How is storage counted?
- Each plan includes mailbox storage — 1 GB on Free, 10 GB on Start, 50 GB on Business, and 100 GB on Professional. Business and Professional also add shared cloud storage (100 GB and 1 TB). Need more? Extra storage is A$0.20/GB per month.
- Can I use my own domain on the free plan?
- Yes — Free includes 1 custom domain, Start 3, Business 10, and Professional 25 (Enterprise is unlimited). Just verify your DNS records and you are ready.
- How are paid plans billed?
- Paid plans are billed per active mailbox (seat) in AUD, excluding GST (10% GST applies for Australian customers). Pay monthly, or annually to save about two months. Airfree Send (transactional/bulk email) is billed separately per 1,000 emails sent.
- Do you support CalDAV and CardDAV?
- Yes, all plans include CalDAV for calendar sync and CardDAV for contacts, so you can use Apple Calendar, Thunderbird, or any standards-compliant client.
- Can I migrate from Gmail?
- Yes. Our one-click importer moves all your emails, labels, contacts, and calendar events from Gmail in minutes — no technical knowledge required.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your account reverts to the Free tier at the end of your billing period. All data is retained and you can export email, contacts, and calendar at any time.
