Adding catch-all email addresses
Route every message sent to any address on your domain into a single mailbox.
A catch-all captures mail sent to any address on your domain that does not have its own mailbox or forwarder — so a message to a mistyped or one-off address is never bounced.
Enabling it
- Go to Email → Domain settings and open Catch-all.
- Choose the mailbox that should receive unmatched mail.
- Save — anything not otherwise routed now lands there.
Use it carefully
A catch-all also collects spam aimed at random addresses on your domain, so it can get noisy. Many teams prefer explicit forwarders for the addresses they actually use and turn the catch-all off, or point it at a low-traffic review mailbox.
