Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all services provided by Airfree Clouds Pty Ltd (ACN: 000 000 000), an authorised licensee of Airfree Services Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), including domain registration, DNS management, email hosting, cloud workspace, and SSL certificates ("Services"). By using our Services you agree to comply with this AUP.

This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited activities

You must not use the Services to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following:

2.1 Messaging abuse

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) in violation of the Australian Spam Act 2003, the US CAN-SPAM Act, or the EU ePrivacy Directive
• Operating an open mail relay that can be exploited by third parties to send spam
• Email or SMS phishing — sending messages designed to deceive recipients into disclosing credentials, financial information, or personal data
• Spoofing or impersonating another person, organisation, or domain in message headers

2.2 Malware and security threats

• Hosting, distributing, or linking to malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, or any malicious code
• Conducting network attacks including denial-of-service (DoS), distributed denial-of-service (DDoS), port scanning, or packet injection targeting any host
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in third-party systems without authorisation
• Cryptocurrency mining on shared infrastructure without our written consent

2.3 Illegal content

• Content that is illegal under Australian law or the law of the jurisdiction where the content is accessed
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance; immediately referred to law enforcement
• Content that incites violence, racial hatred, or terrorism
• Counterfeit goods, fraudulent financial schemes, or illegal gambling operations

2.4 Intellectual property infringement

• Hosting or distributing content that infringes copyright, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights
• Operating a site primarily designed to enable copyright infringement (piracy sites)

3. Domain abuse

You must not register, use, or transfer domain names in ways that:

• Cybersquatting: Register domain names with the bad-faith intent to profit from another party's trademark or brand
• Typosquatting: Register domain names that are deliberate misspellings of well-known brands, designed to capture misdirected traffic
• Phishing domains: Register domains designed to impersonate legitimate organisations for the purpose of credential theft
• Trademark infringement: Register domain names that infringe registered trademarks where there is no good-faith basis for the registration

Domain disputes are subject to the ICANN Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and applicable national laws.

4. Reporting abuse

If you believe our Services are being used in violation of this AUP, please report it to:

We aim to acknowledge abuse reports within 4 hours and begin investigation within 24 hours.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to take any of the following actions in response to a violation of this AUP:

• Warning: For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a written warning and request immediate remediation
• Suspension: Temporary suspension of specific services pending investigation or remediation
• Termination: Immediate termination of all services for severe violations (CSAM, DDoS attacks, large-scale phishing campaigns) without prior notice or refund
• Domain suspension: Suspension or cancellation of domain registrations used in violation of this AUP, in accordance with ICANN policy
• Law enforcement referral: Referral of evidence to relevant law enforcement authorities where illegal activity is suspected

6. Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal by emailing appeals@airfreeclouds.com within 14 days of the action. We will review your appeal and respond within 5 business days. During an active appeal, suspended services remain unavailable.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify active customers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
