Cookie Policy
Effective date: 1 July 2025 · Airfree Clouds Pty Ltd
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to the website operator.
Cookies are set by the website you visit (first-party cookies) or by third-party services loaded by the website (third-party cookies). We do not use third-party cookies — see section 4 below.
2. Cookies we use
We use only the cookies described in the table below. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or analytics cookies from third-party providers.
| Cookie name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| airfree_session | Maintains your authenticated session while you are logged in to the control panel. | 24 hours | Essential |
| csrf_token | Prevents cross-site request forgery attacks on form submissions. | 1 hour | Essential |

3. Cookie types explained
Essential cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are usually only set in response to actions you take such as logging in. You can set your browser to block them, but this will cause parts of the site to stop working.
Functional cookies
These cookies allow us to remember choices you make and provide enhanced, more personal features. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not allow these cookies, some or all of these features may not function correctly.
4. No third-party tracking cookies
We self-host all components of our website and control panel. We do not load scripts from advertising networks, social media platforms, or analytics providers that set their own cookies on your device. This means there is no cross-site tracking of your browsing activity by third parties via our website.
We run our own privacy-preserving analytics (aggregated, no user-level data, no fingerprinting) using first-party cookies only. These are not listed in the table above because they do not collect any personally identifiable information.
5. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Here is how to manage cookies in popular browsers:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data
Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to the Airfree Clouds control panel and webmail.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove cookies. Material changes will be notified to active customers by email. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
