Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 1 January 2026 · Airfree Mail Pty Ltd
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using Airfree Mail. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.
2. Prohibited — spam and unsolicited mail
You must not use Airfree Mail to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) of any kind. This includes:
- Sending email to recipients who have not opted in to receive it from you
- Purchasing or renting email lists and sending to them
- Sending mail that falsifies the sender, subject, or headers
- Operating as an open relay or proxy for spam
- Using harvested or scraped email addresses
Airfree Mail is provided for personal and business correspondence. It is not a bulk email or marketing platform. Use a dedicated email service provider for mass marketing campaigns.
3. Prohibited — illegal and harmful content
- Content that is illegal under the laws of Australia or your jurisdiction
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that exploits minors — zero tolerance, immediate termination and referral to authorities
- Malware, ransomware, phishing kits, or exploit code
- Threats of violence or harassment directed at individuals
- Content that incites hatred based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, or national origin
- Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
4. Prohibited — system abuse
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to Airfree Mail systems or other users’ accounts
- Denial-of-service attacks against Airfree Mail or any third party
- Mining cryptocurrency using Airfree Mail infrastructure
- Automated scraping of Airfree Mail user data
- Sharing account credentials with others not authorised on your plan
5. Volume and sending limits
Free accounts are limited to 100 outbound emails per day, Start to 500, Business to 2,000 per seat, and Professional to 5,000 per seat. For higher-volume or bulk sending, use Airfree Send (billed per 1,000 emails). Limits protect deliverability for all users — contact us if your legitimate use case requires more.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take action including warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. We report criminal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities. We cooperate with abuse complaints filed by recipients of email sent through our platform.
