Switch from cPanel / Web Hosting Webmail
If your email is hosted through your web hosting provider (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin), you can migrate everything to Airfree Mail in about 15 minutes. We use IMAP to copy your mail — no special software needed on your end.

Step-by-step guide
From cPanel to Airfree Mail in 7 steps
Works with any web hosting provider that supports IMAP — which is virtually all of them.
Create your Airfree Mail account
Sign up at airfreemail.com. If you have a custom domain on your hosting account, you will be able to keep using the same email addresses.
Find your cPanel IMAP settings
Log into your web hosting control panel. Find the "Mail" or "Email Accounts" section and locate your IMAP server details (usually mail.yourdomain.com, port 993).
Open the migration tool
In Airfree Mail, go to Settings → Import → IMAP Migration. Enter your cPanel IMAP server, username (your full email address), and password.
Select folders to import
Choose which folders you want to migrate. We recommend importing everything, including sent and drafts.
Run the migration
Start the import. For large mailboxes this may take a few hours. Migration runs in the background — you can close the browser.
Update your MX records
Once the migration is complete, update your domain's MX records to point to Airfree Mail. We provide exact DNS records for all major registrars.
Verify email is flowing
Send a test email to your address. If it arrives in Airfree Mail, the migration is complete. You can now cancel your web hosting email plan.
Better email, same address
Keep your existing email addresses and get a proper webmail, mobile apps, calendar, and drive.
